Scheduling happens as it happens (SQL™ Server database with no caching ). Celcat proves solutions for class scheduling (Timetabling) and Attendance needs. Federated (by Department or Location) or centralised with role based permissions on process or data or now in a cloud environment. Each of seven resources can be managed by access permissions from View, Allow or Deny. Celcat™ can be implemented on premise, as hosted Windows™ version using Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), Web based (Celcat Live) or SaaS (Timetabler Connect). Data ready for Celcat implementation with preparation for the switch made easier working with CDS. Not every site has the same operational functions, so while there may be similar operations i.e. Technical and Further Education (TAFE) sites or universities, there could be be different processes that customers wish to keep where possible. CDS will work to ensure optimum performance from the scheduling software including digital delivery.
CDS will project plan and work with customers through the scheduled implementation of Celcat. That will include demonstration of each product capability, providing advice on set up and installation processes. NB We do not normally touch customer servers or provide topology but we do supply system requirements, server specs etc.These are also available through the Celcat Wiki (licenced customers only).
Fees for service integration work will be charged based on the customer requirements. Celcat will work with customers to integrate with their systems. Any new integrations or those that require additional work will be subject to quotation. Celcat also has a WEB API that can be made available to customers.
Training on all Celcat products by our experienced trainers. All our training includes electronic manuals as part of training delivery and we generally bespoke those manuals to your site.
Tell us what you want to do with Celcat and we will try and build it. Always on a quote basis but our developers create additional programs or functions in Celcat.
